TLDR: get missions to massacre Degardhi Gold Drug Empire Pirates from different factions in the Kites and Brigual systems. Go kill Degardhi Pirates in the Degardhi system. Another good target are Mu Nialfi Pirates from Hip 9252/Brigual/Kites/Boresti; There is a low res site at planet A8C in Mu Nialfi.

Board Flipping
For this part of the process, I use an Imperial Courier because it is the fastest ship and can carry a little bit of cargo.
You will need a small or medium ship as both Kites and Brigual have no large landing pads.
Fly to Chertovsky Arena in Kites and go through the missions board.
If you are not allied with some of the factions, work on that by either doing courier missions for them or just wait until massacre missions show up and do them, even if they do not yield a lot of money at first. Make sure to claim the highest reputation reward (rep+++ rather than rep+) until you are allied. After that I suggest to go for material rewards (Biotech Conductors etc.) first and money second. Ignore the cargo rewards (unless you need modular terminals for an engineer but even then, I might have some on my carrier for you). Cargo rewards just give you extra work.

What you want to do now, is have the same amounts of required kills from each faction. Because one kill of a pirate will register on each of the missions. So once you have one of the factions complete, you have all complete and can go cash in.
The missions boards refresh every 10 minutes (on the 10 minutes) so it is worthwhile to wait for a board refresh (Board Flip) to see new missions coming in. Also, make sure to only accept missions to massacre Degarhdi Gold Drug Empire Pirates. Do not accept missions for Waycia or Mu Nialfi or any other pirates!
I usually track my required kills for each faction in a spreadsheet to make sure I have about the same required kills for each faction.
When you are done in Kites, fly to the Sudworth Port in Brigual and check for these factions:

Hopefully by now, you have missions from 7 - 10 factions, preferably 2-3 mission per faction for about 80 - 100 kills per faction. This is why it is called stacking. Early on, you will not get good missions, or even from all factions but once you are all allied, the missions should yield 30 - 40 mio cr EACH with an average of 50- 60 required kills. Stacked up, each kill can yield 6 mio cr. and 300 mio cr for a night out is quite reasonable. But only when you are allied and properly stacked. Early on, 50 - 100 mio cr per night should be ok.
Before you leave Brigual, buy 4t of gold as bait for the pirates.
Resource Extraction Site
Now it is time to fly to Degardhi, land at Joy Landing and switch into your battleship that should be stored there.
There is a low res only 3.9 Ls from Joy Landing, super convenient.
The pirates are weak there so it is like shooting fish in a barrel. But there is also med, high and hazardous resource sites within 40 Ls. Don’t worry about finding mission signal sources, etc. Just go straight to the res site of your liking and kill pirates. The Degardhi pirates will show up more often than not.
The Sharing Dance
After the pirates are all eliminated it is time to collect the rewards.
This is also the time to share the spoils with your squad.
So, check if somebody is online or available to come online in the next 10 minutes.
Now invite them all to your wing.
Switch back to your med or small ship in Joy Landing. Sell your bounty voucher here. This will help Aetolians gain influence.
You can do the inviting while flying to Kites. Once all wing members have joined, pick one of the missions you are about to turn in in Kites. But don’t turn it in yet. Share it with your wing and wait until everybody accepts the mission.
Then go to the mission board and collect the rewards for exactly that mission. Once all missions from Kites are shared and claimed, go to Brigual and do the same. This is quite the process and has to be done like that because you can only have one shared wing mission at a time.
Bonus Tips
1. Bring a bunch of collector limpets and collect materials from exploding ships. They will help you with engineering. You will notice you gather a lot of materials very quickly, like Worn Shield Emitters and Salvaged Alloys. It is worthwhile to go to a material trader and trade those up once you have reached the max you can store. Since these are manufactured materials, you want to go to Bullialdus Gate in Hip 8894.
Trade your Proto Light Alloys up to Proto Radiolic. Then your Phase Alloys to Proto Lights, etc so you have no Salvaged Alloys left. Those will be very easy to collect in the next massacre mission.
2. Also, having a few tons of gold in your cargo (and a point defence turret to shoot down hatch breakers) will ensure the pirates attack you and don’t simply bypass you. This is important if you go into low or med resource sites where you can easily deal with wings of pirates at the same time.
3. I do something we call AFK massacre. It requires either a T10 or a Cutter and some engineering. Although supervised AFK without engineering is possible
Essentially, you let your fighter pilot roam, allow your turrets to fire at will and just wait to be attacked by pirates. The turrets will take care of them
